Down at Texas A&M, my friend Sara Boswell is constantly busy creating better gluten-free products. She is a cereal chemist graduate student. Oh yeah, and she has celiac disease. She and her mother have been living gluten-free for 7 years now. Even Sara’s fiance, Patrick, has celiac disease.
Sara does product development, and her current project will be seen by lots of big food industry leaders. I’m talking BIG food industry leaders.
